1. What are your room rates?

     Private Room:             $200 per day
     Semi-Private Room:    $180 per day

2. How many residents per room?

1. Majority of rooms have 2.  There are 10 private rooms.

3. How many patients per aide?

1 aide per 7 patients on 7-3

1 aide per 10 patients on 3-11

1 aide per 15 patients on 11-7 

4. Do you have an RN, LPNs on staff at all times?

Yes, there are RNs and/or LPNs on duty 24 hours a day.

5. Are residents allowed to go out of the facility?

Yes, with doctor's orders.

6. Activities?

Yes, we have the following activities:

Bingo Butterbean Auction The Price is Right Balloon Volleyball Movies (on 53" TV) Activities with High School JROTC Cadets Bookmobile from local Library Gospel Singing Groups Saturday and Sunday Church Services

7. Rehab?

We provide Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy.  We have a large therapy room and lots of fun things to do in order to regain strength and mobility. Outpatient therapy is also offered.

8. Do residents need to be moved when they come off skilled care?

No, all of our beds are dually certified for skilled care.

9. Are husband & wife couples allowed to room together?

Yes, providing there is room available

10. What times are meals served?

8:00 Breakfast, 12:00 Lunch, 5:00 - 5:30 Dinner

11. What times are visiting hours?

9:00 AM - 9:00 PM

12. Do you have a back-up generator for power outages?

Yes, it powers the entire facility, not just some outlets.

13. Do you have hospital beds?

Yes

14. Are residents required to eat in the Dining Rooms?

No, residents can eat in their own rooms if they prefer.

15. Can medication be brought in from home?

No.

16. Is there a designated smoking area?

Yes, we offer a patio for residents who wish to smoke.

17. Do you provide transportation to area physicians' office?

We have a van that can accommodate wheelchairs which is used exclusively to transport patients to and from doctors appointments and dialysis.

18. Can pets be brought in to visit or stay?

Yes, we know that pets are family too and welcome pets provided that their shots are up to date (please bring in records with you).
